Albert Pakutka 89 of Plainville entered into rest on March 12, 2009. He was the beloved husband of Beverly ( Fedler) Pakutka. Albert was an Army veteran who had been deployed to Gualtal Canal during WWll as a mahine gunner. He had also owned and operated Victory Auto Sales for over 25 years in New Britain. Albert enjoyed collecting antiques and he was an avid scrap metal recycler. He was predeceased by his brothers: Anthony, John , Adam and Joseph. Besides his wife Beverly he is survived by his daughter Darlene Tacinelli and her husband Michael of Haddam Neck, two sons Albert and Ronald of Plainville, two grandsons Richard and Michael and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Monday March 16, 2009 at the Venskunas Funeral Home 670 Stanley St New Britain at 8:45am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St Andrews Church at 10:00am. A full military burial will follow in St Joseph Cemetery in Plainville. Calling hours will take place on Sunday from 5-7pm.
